It's hard to say if Texas' Hooks Independent School District board member Chris Harris is either a) some combination of "stupid" and "incredibly racist," or b) some combination of "stupid" and "utterly lacking a sense of humor." But either way, this board member is about to get a paddling from his co-workers.
