Is The Supreme Court About To Give Cops The Right To Execute The Mentally Ill?

On March 23, the US Supreme Court heard oral arguments in a case involving a mentally ill woman who was shot multiple times by police, inside of a mental health facility. The court is being asked to determine if police are bound by the Americans With Disabilities Act, when dealing with mentally ill people.
