911 ‘Truthers’ Use Times Square’s Huge Digital Billboard to Push WTC 7 Conspiracy Theory

A group of conspiracy theorists is commemorating the 13th anniversary of the collapse of the Twin Towers by erecting a giant digital billboard which supposedly "proves" the government blew up the WTC7 building.
