Georgia GOP Sen. Doubles Down on Racism, Would Prefer ‘More Educated’ Voters to ‘More Black’ Voters

Fran Millar, the GOP Senator from Georgia, reaffirms his racist remarks. This time he states that he would much rather have fewer voters that were informed rather than a plethora of black voters. The irony of course being that he would not be elected to office if he only had informed voters in the booth.
