Massachusetts Mayor Brandishes Gun on City Councilman During ‘Parking Lot Meeting’

William Flanagan, serving mayor of Fall River since 2009 who had previously been investigated over ties with the mob, drew a gun on a city councilman to intimidating him out of signing a recall petition.
