The entire nation was rightfully outraged when a Philadelphia police officer performed an illegal "stop and frisk" search on 16-year-old Darrin Manning, resulting in injuries so severe that he had to have emergency surgery on one of his testicles. Now, that cop is back on the job. It's time for more outrage, people.
